Families with Kids
In the heart of the French Alps, a relaxed and spacious setting with a big garden, sunny terrace and plenty of games make our Lodge a great base for an active family holiday.
We are able to offer fully inclusive family activity weeklong packages in the same way that we run adult weekend groups, although we need a minimum of two families or 8 people. We will look after your every need from beginning to end; meeting you at Geneva airport and transporting you back to our Aravis Lodge base, cooking delicious 3 course meals with wine for the adults and wholesome but popular kids meals for the children, driving you to and from your activities and talking through your activity programme for the week. We will also make-up packed lunches for you when required.
The kids will love the high ropes course and rock climbing, kayaking down at Annecy lake, swimming in the sunny outdoor pool at Grand Bornand and mountain biking, walking and generally playing and relaxing in the stunning mountain surroundings. There is plenty to challenge mum and dad too.

In addition to our organised family activity holiday package, you are welcome to bring your family or a group of families for an independent activity break. In this instance we can work with you to arange and book activities of your choice, but we recommend that you hire a car at Geneva airport so you can be self-sufficient.
Alternatively a group of you can take over the lodge for a family weekend activity break, where we will work with you to tailor-make a package that appeals to the whole tribe, arrange all the activities for you and include transport too.
Most of the activities you see on this site will be suitable for older children, and plenty of them will be great even for younger kids. Do get in contact and we can discuss possibilities.
